"I live in a older house which needed major renovation. I had been saving for this for two years and was hesitant to hire just anyone to do the job because I always hear of bad stories. I came on homestars and found Mike's Carpet & Flooring. I was impressed by the reviews. I decided to call them. I first spoke to the receptionist who was extremely friendly and professional. "I see that everybody praises Mike, but nobody mentions the people who actually do the hard work. Well, Mike is great. He is behind everything and makes sure that everything is done the way it should, but without his people, his promises would be just empty words.He promised me low pricing and that's what I got from him. He promised me great carpet, and that's what I got from him. He promised fast and perfect installation, and that is what I got... not from him though,but from his installer.This man has golden hands and I am sure he can install the carpet with his eyes closed..." |

"I Purchased carpet from Mike's Carpet for my living room, bedroom and hallway. The whole team were courteous and very Knowlegable about carpets and all types of flooring. They came in installed carpet and moved furniture around (without scratching anything) to lay down carpet & also vacuumed afterwards. The installers where polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They put everything back as it was. They disposed my old carpet and did not leave anything behind. Everything looks great! I feel like I have a new home because of the carpet-It made a huge difference I would have them back anytime. The following day Mike's Carpet called me back to see if I liked everything. I was happy & surprised that they cared to see how I like my new carpet.." |

"We had a flood in our home. I called a few companies and explained my situtation to them and that I was in a rush (i had family coming over from out of town) but most of them did not care and wanted me to wait a few days. As soon as I called Mike's Carpet & Flooring, the receptionist got Mike to call me back right away. Mike was extremely understanding. He told me that he was booked for the next couple of days but because I was in a hurry he made time and came out to my house..." |
